I need help. I am about to start writing my first E-book
During the past month, I have been thinking about this a lot. I thinking about writting my first ebook. My main problem or hurdle is that I am not sure what I want to write about. I am passionate about two different niches or areas. First one being Online Business. The second one would be Real Estate. I can honestly say I know more than the average person about both fields and I can teach someone to be successful or at least earn money in both fields as well.
The only reason I don’t want to go with the online business ebook is because it’s so much info out there that I don’t want it to be labeled or perceive as another homebusiness ebook. So if I did decide to write an ebook on that niche it would have to be in a step by step training manner that shows the reader how to do a certain thing and earn a certain amount by following the steps that I’ve outlined.
If I choose the Real Estate route the book would be written in the same way as well. It would be about investing,rehabbing a property for sale . I believe that there is a lot of money to be made in both fields and I just want to share some tips and tricks of what I know and learned from my own personal experience.
What do you think I should do? Write now I am still in the deciding mood but I will definetly move into one direction or another by summers end.
