December 21 2012 - Do you know what Day that is
Its funny what you can find at 3.51 in the morning. I was doing research and this date just caught my attention - December 21 2012 -. So I had to research it further. Here is what I found .
” 2012 is about a door that opens to a parallel Earth on December 21, 2012, the day the world is supposed to end, according to the Mayan calendar “
Wow, that’s some scary Sh##. Just found it interesting, so I blogged about it. Okay back to more research.

But to stick with the subject, I’ve never heard of that till the other night, but yet people was searching for information on it like crazy, you would have taght the date was 2008 or something.

So how will WE write it? How shall it read when we look back on December 21, 2012? We certainly have the elements in place to destroy ourselves. The planet has experienced cataclysmic events in its history - polar shifts, ice ages, etc. No one really knows. What the Mayan’s meant with their End-Count calendar will always be up for speculation. It fires the imagination, for sure. SOooo let’s write it like we want it. 2012 is the new year 2000.
You can find plenty of cult-like information all over the internet by supporters of the theory that the world is supposed to end, but if you dig deep enough you can also find some good information on other possibilities for what the Mayans meant by ending their calendar on that date. (whew that was one heck of a run on sentence!)
Personally, I’m more concerned about the crazies who are going to cause lots of trouble right before the event than anything apocalyptic happening.
And then, when 2013 comes and goes, doomsdayers will find another not-so-distant date in the future to focus their attention on. The apocalypse has “been coming” for thousands of years now.
